Hi to you too, i have always had a bird/wildlife interest all my life. I get quite a lot of different birds in my garden along with one of my favourite is the squirrel. I have had 8 at the same time in the garden but this winter they have turned up in ones or twos so far. They are more active in summer with their short of naturally food. I have 2 Great Spotted Woodpeckers that come in and now and then a couple of Jays. Hedgehogs have been very rare this winter we had 47 different ones last year and are always taking some to the hedgehog lady which she users our garden to release hogs that have overcome their illness to get them back in the wild. Rhubarb that i put in the garden last year, i did not pick any of it because i was told do not pick in the first year. So here we are this year what do you think i should be doing with it now? There are no crowns showing.

    • Yogi Bear:

      What is SKYPE?
Is that where you can talk on video to a friend using a video cam? If so i do not have that.I see the new bird hide is nearing complication by the sand pits.It gets very windy in it when it is blowing a bit. I am still hoping that they will replace the one that they dismantled over looking the main pond from the south. Well i am a gardener as well but i do need info now and then so i shall call upon you for your advise.

  • Yogi Bear:

That is nice and welcome Green Fingers. I am sure your advise will be very welcome indeed. Mopinwil tells me your are a feathered bird man like myself and all things on nature really. So shall be looking forward to posts from you.
